    - In diffusion: "Mix 2 drops of essential oil of cinnamon bark + 2 drops of essential oil of clove + 8 drops of essential oil of tangerine in the diffuser," suggests Évelyne Chartier, aromatherapy practitioner and aromatherapist at the hospital Rives-de Seine, Puteaux and Courbevoie. We let diffuse in the room, 10 minutes and we return only after.
    - In olfaction: "This use cuts the hunger very quickly, specifies Émilie Jolibois. You can pour in a virgin inhaler stick equipped with a cotton wick, 15 drops of essential oil of cinnamon and breathe when the urge to snack arises.   • How to use it in cooking? In savory dishes, ginger essential oil goes well with zucchini clafoutis, savory cakes, caviars, tomato sauce, vegetable purees. It is necessary to dilute 1 drop in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for example. Its peppery and spicy taste is not appreciated by all! 

  • What precautions to take? Ginger essential oil should not be used by pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years old. It must absolutely be tested in the fold of the elbow before any use.

    - In massage, three recipes: "Mix 5 drops of essential oil of juniper with 7 drops of essential oil of geranium bourbon rosat, 7 drops of essential oil of grapefruit, 7 drops of essential oil of criste-marine in 40 ml of arnica oil, and massage once a day," suggests Evelyne Chartier. Another recipe: "in a bottle of 100 ml, mix 60 drops of essential oil of juniper with 60 drops of essential oil of cypress, 40 drops of essential oil of grapefruit, 40 drops of essential oil of rose geranium, 30 drops of essential oil of samphire, and complete with a vegetable oil of grape seed that penetrates to the hypodermis," says Christine Cieur. "You can also make a mixture of equal parts of juniper, blackcurrant and lovage hydrosols, then pour 2 tablespoons of this mixture into ¾ of a liter of water, to be drunk throughout the day during a 20-day cure," suggests Christine Cieur.

  •     How to associate it in cooking? In cooking, it can be associated with certain savory dishes such as sauerkraut, potatoes, duck, at a rate of one drop of essential oil diluted in 1 tablespoon of oil.
  •     The essential oil of juniper is contraindicated for pregnant women, women who are breastfeeding and children under 6 years. This essential oil should not be used in people suffering from kidney disease.

 Coriander (Coriandum sativum) is a plant of the Apiaceae family, native to the Middle East and Southeast Asia. It measures maximum 60 cm in height. It has green leaves (which can turn red), alternate and toothed, white or pink flowers and globular fruits from 3 to 6 mm in diameter, which turn from a beige color to an ochre brown color as they mature.

  •     How to use it to have a flat stomach? Orally: "put 1 drop of essential oil of coriander and 1 drop of essential oil of ginger on a neutral tablet and take it after lunch, which is often the meal that makes you bloated, says Christine Cieur. Or 1 drop of essential oil of coriander and 1 drop of essential oil of cardamom on a neutral tablet, to be taken after lunch to promote digestion."

    - Orally: "put 1 drop of essential oil of dill on a neutral tablet and let it melt in the mouth after the re- step, advises Emily Jolibois. Another possibility: pour 1 drop of dill essential oil in ½ tsp. of vegetable oil and take after the re-step." The use must be punctual, only when one feels bloated.
